Returns + Exchange


We strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. We do not cover your shipping cost back to us.
You must contact us at prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your exchange request without early notification.

Order Cancelation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.


We will accept exchanges for a wrong size. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.
Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.


If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country . After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

How long does refund take

Please allow up to 7 working days for the Glam Team to process your return and refund.

Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.

Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order

Sale Items

Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Can I return my items in person

Unfortunately we do not have a store so all refunds must be made by post to the address listed below.
